I was initially tested TMS320C6416 based DSP Starter kit with the 6416DSK Diagnostics test with windows 8 PC it was successfully detected the board. Now again I am trying to do the same test with windows 8 and windows 10 based Operating system but this time it shows the can't connect to the target.

Please kindly do the needful to solve the issue.

Please indicate the error message you are getting. Any logs would be helpful as well. Please share which version of CCS and which target configuration you are using.

Also, a similar issue was resolved in the following thread. Please take a look and see if it resolves your issue.
