My camera FPD_LINK III encode chip is DS90UB901Q.

How can I connect my camera to TDA3x EVM board?

Is the DS90UB901Q compatible with the DS90UB926Q-Q1?

Any reason why you want to use UB926? This is connected to VIP port, parallel input port.

Also Atleast, DS90UB901Q specs does not mention compatibility with UB926.

I am not sure if there is conversion chip available or if it is possible. Please contact local TI FAE.
