Why the fps of C6678 (running on two cores) is slower than C6657?

Below is the comparsion, left is for C6678 and right is for C6657.

There are many variants when running the OpenMP applications on the C6657/C6678 EVMs: DSP clock, DDR speed, cache size and configuration...
