RTOS: Is it possible to replace FFTW3 library by FFTLIB

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: FFTLIB

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

Hello,

I'm using pocket beagle Octavo Processor with debian OS, I wanted to move my solution from debian to RTOS, so for the same I'm first checking the compatibility of FFTW3 library with RTOS.

Will it  be possible to use FFTW3 library in RTOS? or can we replace the FFTW3 library by FFTLIB.

Thanks in Advance...!!!!!!
