TAS3108: TAS3108 is NRND, what is suggestion solution to replace it?

Only industrial temperature grade TAS3108 parts are in NRND as you can see at:
www.ti.com/.../samplebuy
TI recommends TMS320C5532 as TAS3108 replacement option but I would like to note the TMS320C5532 is not directly replacement because it is not pin to pin compatible and instruction set is different.
