You can change the memory model as right click on project and select properties. Then see attached screen shot to navigate to memory model settings:

Hello,
which is your CCS version?
For example in CCSv6 you can set this option under menu
Project-> properties -> Build -> CC5500 Compiler -> Processor Options. There should be "Specify memory model (small/large/huge).
