Hi,

Can you please suggest us suitable TIs JTAG emulator for TMS320C6711D(TMS320C67x series) to debug. Is XDS100v2 is suitable?

Unfortunately no. The tab "Tools and Software" of the product page shows the compatible Debug Probes we have in our product line - basically the XDS560v2 class. The drawback of this solution is that you can only use it with CCSv4.x and later.

I think you can still buy a XDS510USB Debug Probe from Spectrum Digital, but you can use it only up to CCSv8.x releases.
