Hi,

Can you please mention the maximum junction temperature supported by TMS320C5504 IC. I can see from the datasheet only the maximum case temperature.

There is no publicly available information about this. Refer to what is provided in the Datasheet.
Also NOTE that C5000 devices are getting obsolete and their support is limited:

In addition to the previous response, for older c5000 and c6000 devices we only specified case temperature - no junction temperature.

Specifically for c5505 the power consumption is very low , so we expect case and junction to be very close.
