I see the recommended operating frequency is 250MHz. What's the actual maximum operating frequency?

    If you want to guarantee that all devices function properly, then max frequency is 250Mhz. 

    This is the tested, designed, characterized max clock frequency that is verified to work.

    If you want to overclock, then you are on your own, with no warranties.
