Hello, our company has purchased several models of your company: TMDSEMU560V2STM-U simulator.One simulator (the rest of the simulators are working properly) is out of touch with our company's equipment.Our company's   Device Manager can not read the existence of the simulator,  Device Manager directory is a blank, the first time after the purchase of products.

The picture is a normal simulator, a malfunction simulator, the information in the red box is blank, and the information in the device manager directory is blank.

May I have a factory test?

    HI,

    The venue to request a RMA is directly with the distributor where you purchased your XDS560v2 Debug Probe. 

    Despite this, there are a few tests that you can perform to verify its functionality. 

    The picture shows a XDS560v2 Debug Probe that is properly recognized by Windows. That is a good scenario, since it will allow you to do further analysis by using the utility Bh560v2Config Utility. 

    The utility user's manual has instructions to test the Debug Probe and recover it from malfunction. Please check the user's guide at:
