Dear,

We want to learn if the 1.4V Power of TMS320C6415EGLZ6E3 are all connected in IC internal die.

Because a 1.4V pin are damaged on our board. And we want to know if it impact the using of this device.

Could you give us some advice? Thanks.

Hi Sundy,

As I see from the recommended operating conditions section in the TMS320C6415 Datasheet, the 1.4V power is actually the CVDD (Core Voltage Supply). If you've damaged these pins, you will surely have impact on the device.
