Looking for any input any of you may have. Our customer has an older product where they support a normal ang high power processing mode (PLUS). They have at least 7 boards now that work fine slow and but fail in high processing mode, where all log indications point to the DSP’s (2 per board) as the root cause of not keeping up.
Is there any history of this part being marked wrong, not initialized correctly etc? Any evidence of black or grey market tampering, etc?
More conclusively, is there any specific debug steps they can perform to confirm it is setup correctly? Device ID, etc.? Chip Marking graphic below.
