AM5728: GPIO is reset after warm reset

According to TRM 33.2.3.3.4. The control module is not reset by Warm Reset. Customer reports it is reset on AM5728.

I also verified it on AM5718 IDK it is reset. I change the control module to configure pin E6 to GPIO4_10 (0x4A00358C), then push SW2(warm reset), then connect JTAG again to read back, the configuration is reset to default value. (no gel file)

This is quite normal. See Errata i862 for explanation. On our EVM boards there is a circuit that generates PORz from the warm reset output.

I read the erratum, it is not related to my question, it said SR1.0 other reset may result in hang except POR. my question is the GPIO configuration status.

I also noticed the RESET circuit design on EVM and IDK, so I verify it on IDK other than EVM.

I do not agree, it is very closely related. Any type of reset on AM572x devices that follow the reset schematic used on the GP EVM/IDK, generates a power-on reset, and this will reset the GPIO as well as the entire device.
