Hello, i'm with Mouser Electronics one of TI's distributors. We have an end user that is asking a question if a Mezzanine Card Part #6455 is one of the components that is supplied with the Dev. Kit part number TMDSDSK6455. Thank you,

    Hello Ken,

    My answer is it is not. EVM6455 has both DSK6455 and 6455 Mezzanine card but DSK6455 doesn't contain 6455 Mezzanine.

    What is the difference between a DSK6455 and an EVM6455?
    An EVM6455 a combination of a DSK6455 base card with a populated Mezzanine connector and a 6455 Mezzanine card plugged into it. This combination adds to the base functionality of the base DSK by adding a second DSP for multiprocessing through Serial Rapid I/O and Gigabit Ethernet capabilities. All documentation and target content examples will reside in the boards\dsk6455 subdirectory but the EVM6455 version will be more fully populated.
