Does anyone know if the 4460BCBS is equivalent to the 4460B5CBSR ?? Not sure what the R indicates.

The part are equivalent with the following exceptions:

4460BCBS is 1200MHz part which is in a tray

4460B5CBSR is a 1500MHz part which is Tap & Reel

5 indicated 1500MHz
R indicates Tape & Reel.

The only functional difference is the operation frequency. The Tray -vs- Tape & Reel is just how they are delivered
