TMS320C6415: Checking Pin State

Hello, 

We have a customer requesting for the BSDL file of TMS320C6415. However, BSDL file doesn't seem to be available. He mentioned that he would like to check the state of the balls/pins with xjanalyser and needs the BSDL file for it. 

May I ask for your advice if there's an alternative that we can recommend?
