DRA750: error running setup.sh from Processor SDK Linux Automotive

Part Number: DRA750

The customer works with Ubuntu 16.04 machine while the processor SDK Linux Automotive is recommended to build with Ubuntu 14.04. or Ubuntu 16.04 (see link below).

However, the setup.sh script fires comment "Unsupported machine, only Ubuntu 14.04 supported".

How to run setup.sh on Ubuntu 16.04 machine?

Hi Thorsten,

We have tested SDKs on Ubuntu 14.04 and 18.04 but it should work on 16.04.

Please change this line in bin/setup-host-check.sh

if [ "$host" = "trusty" ]; then

if [ "$host" = "xenial" ]; then

Many thanks again. setup.sh execution was successful. Now we proceed with next steps to prepare all software on SD Card
