Here is the C6678 PRSDK download page, http://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-C667X

In the page there is the software manifest which describes what version of each package is included in the PRSDK, and a link to previous PRSDK release. You should be able to track back to the PDK version you want.
