C66XCODECS: Cycles required to compute sine and cosine in C66X cores

Part Number: C66XCODECS
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MATHLIB

Hello,

I am interested in the performance of the C66x DSPs. I have seen some information in this website: https://www.ti.com/processors/digital-signal-processors/core-benchmarks/core-benchmarks.html

For example, it is said that arcan2 takes 22 cycles, and square root 6 cycles, using the mathlib library. I was wondering how many cycles does a sine or cosine function take, using the same library and DSP core.

Thank you.
