SPRS313 may be a document that is not publicly available  but  is listed in  SPRZ473. I’ll also check on this.

OMAP5910JZDY2 Is NRND.

I am working on getting the datasheet link in the product folder corrected. for now, you can use https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprs197 

I am still digging on the ZDY package availability and datasheet.

Where did the copy of the package information you posted come from?

I got it from SPRS313A page 163.
I had to check the internal repository as I could not find any relevant info on TI.COM.
