Hi,

There is only a operating junction temperature mentioned, what is the absolute maximum junction temperature?

    The operating junction temperature range Tj varies:

    Commercial Temperature is 0 deg. C to 90 deg. C

    Industrial is from -40 deg. C to 90 deg. C

    Extended is from -40 deg. C to 105 deg. C

    The storage temperature range Tstg is from -55 deg. C to 150 deg. C.

    Multiple operating junction range definitions are defined for industrial and broad market to support different operating performance points (OPP) and Power-On Hour (POH) profiles required by different applications and customers. 

    If you need additional information can you please confirm the operating junction temp range, OPP, POH and other spec parameters depending on your operating junction temp range.
