One of my customers is providing to export their products which use TMS320DM8148.
They need to know which TMS320DM8148 is a silicon semiconductor or a compound semiconductor (GaAs, GaN etc)
because compound semiconductors may violate export controls.
Is TMS320DM8148 a silicon semiconductor? Or is it a compound semiconductor?
