TMDX654GPEVM: TMDX654GPEVM

Part Number: TMDX654GPEVM

Hi,

We are doing boundary scan on TMDX654GPEVM board using XJTAG tool.

1. It has 3 ethernet PHYs, out of which 2 are connected on PRG2 RGMII interface (U88 and U31) and 1 is connected on MCU RGMII interface (U22).
We are able to access U88 and U31 PHYs i.e. We are able to read the PHY IDs and detect link up and link down activity.
But we are not able to access U22, not even able to read PHY IDs.
The only difference we can observe in the hardware is the interface. The U22 PHY is directly interfaced to MCU.
Is there any additional change required to access the U22 chip ?

2. The EVM board has MT40A1G8WE DDR4 chips (U16, U20, U25, U33). We not able to access them. As per our understanding the DDR4 needs to be configured to make it work.
What all parameters we need to configure in order to do the basic write and read back operation on DDR4 ?
Is there any speed limitation that we need to take care of since JTAG runs at a much lower speed of max 50 MHz in this case ?

We have already verified the hardware using application code.

Regards,
