DM388: How to calculate HS_SETTLE and HS_TERM for DM38x CSK board

Hi,

I am using DM38X CSK.

I am not getting how to set the values of HS_SETTLE and HS_TERM of the register "ISS_CSI2_PHY_REGISTER0" .

How to calculate this HS_SETTLE and HS_TERM timing parameters.

Senor connected is OV5640(MIPI_Mode) with output data rate of 672Mbps.The output of the sensor goes directly to memory instead of the ISP as the sensor itself has an inbuilt ISP.

OV5640 sensor MIPI timing parameters are set as below :

CLK_PREPARE       60ns
CLK_ZERO              390ns
CLK_TRAIL              60ns
CLK_POST              163.38ns
HS_PREPARE         55.95ns
HS_ZERO                157.44ns
HS_TRAIL                65.95ns
LPX_P                      50ns
