I would recommend the customer to leverage the power consumption summary and estimation spreadsheet provided as part of the OMAPL138 collateral on the the device product folder

It has the following application note in the documentation tab

OMAP-L132/L138 Power Consumption Summary

Power dissipation is use-case dependent, so they should be able to use the estimation spreadsheet to estimate power for their application.
