AM6546: Absolute maximum rating for Tj

My customer wants to know Absolute maximum rating for Tj.
Datasheet only shows Storage temperature (Tstg) as 150C.
What is Absolute max for Tj?

Tashiro-san,

There is an operating spec which runs from 0C to 90C for Commercial grade devices and -40C to 105C for Extended range devices. The device operation is required within that range.

Hi Kevin,

Yes, customer knows 105C is operating temperature limit.
This is “Recommended Operating Conditions”.

What customer wants to know is “Absolute Maximum Ratings”.
i.e. the temperature causing permanent damage to the device.

Koichiro,

The absolute max is 125 C. The SoC has an internal temperature sensor TSHUT mechanism that will automatically reset the device at 123 C.
