TMS320C6713B: SER calculator

I'm trying to assess the SEE, SEU, and SEL for the TMS320C6713BGDPA200 for an avionics application. I've heard there is an SER calculator that could give me some of my answers. Apparently, I need an NDA from sales to be able to access it. I've been getting the run-around from TI support for a month regarding getting a contact in sales. For some reason, they are unwilling or unable to put me it touch with sales. Does anyone have a sales representative that they'd be willing to put me in touch with?

Thanks for letting us know. The SER calculator is indeed something that we only share with proper NDA in place. I am not sure if that is feasible with your organization and that is why perhaps the support teams may have been having some trouble with this.

Do you have a case number?

Thanks. I will try to track down the case number and specific request from the support team. However, if there are some specifics you can directly share on the public E2E - please do. I am not yet sure we have the ability to share the SER calculator without proper NDA. In lieu of that, I wonder if you had specific scenario that you needed for your application that allows us to share the information without sharing the calculator?
