Could you tell me thermal resistance(θja,θjc) of TMS320VC5501ZAV.

I did not find the thermal resistance of TMS320VC5501ZAV by  datasheet.

    Hi

    You can continue to use the thermal resistances of the older package in the original datasheet. The thermal performance of the new package is similar or slightly better, so there is no plan to publish updated thermal resistance values for the new package
