TMS320C6713B: "Memory overlaps" error with C6713dsk_AIC32.cmd

I know this is a pretty old board. From what I have read it should still be supported in CCS7.

I have followed the guide in the wiki

But when I try to compile an AIC23 project, I get

I have been trying to solve this now for two days. Can anyone help me here?

Ah I got it. I had two files for memory ranges in the project that conflicted with each other.
