J721EXCPXEVM: On Power up , LD3(RED) of the board light on

Hi, TI Experts

I am using J721EXCPXEVM for develop driver software for my customer.

A couple of days before, LD3(RED) turned on when power-on the board.

I checked PROC079E3B(001)_SCH.pdf and found that VMAIN beyond 28V or below 6.5V.

What can I do for this situation?

Hi,

This happened suddenly ? Can you check the voltage coming from power supply on the EVM via a voltmeter ?

Do you have another EVM as reference ?

Yes. And I checked the voltage from power supply via voltmeter was 12.3V.

I have another one. The board is OK like below.

Does the input voltage drop below the 6.5V low threshold, possible due to damaged board/excessive current? Can you measure the input voltage when LED is red?
