TMDSEMU560V2STM-U: XDS560v2 (BH-USB-560v2) stuck in bootup mode (USB=red Mode=Flashing Green) ,and can't place into saft mode

My emulator is stuck in the bootup mode. I found some info on how to force it into SAFE mode by rebooting 10~12 times.Then I could use the BH560v2 config utility, but it didn't work. It stayed in bootup mode. 

I have changed several computers and more then one usb port,and it's useless.

So what should I do next?Thank you!
