My customer would like to confirm if the redesigned nfBGA OPN TMS320VC5416GWS160 is FFF with old MicroStar Junior™ BGA OPN TMS320VC5416GGU160? Checking with the document below no technical difference is changed.

However, they looked at mouser having the information that TMS320VC5416GGU160 has got RAM 256 kB ROM 32 kB Max clock Frequency 160 MHz and TMS320VC5416GWS160 has got RAM 128 kB ROM 16 kB Max clock Frequency 20 MHz
