For the TIDEP-01022, this reference design is provided to customers - it is not meant for purchase as yet.

If you are looking for a product for evaluation/purchase, a good starting point would be https://www.ti.com/product/TDA4VM#design-development##hardware-development , this is readily available and also comes with the BSP support and will enable development.
