Code written for one will work on the other. However, the secure version uses encryption which is a more involved process which you need to understand before proceeding.
Information on requesting access to the the security guide can be found here: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprabk7?keyMatch=SPRUGQ9&tisearch=search-everything
Is there a particular reason you need to switch to secure parts?

Thanks for the answer Paul,
Customer purchased secure part version due to mistake.
They don't want to use secure part and developed f/w on non-secure part.
Thanks.
Hi Paul,
What David mean is that it is possible to use non-secured FW on C6748E secured version without encryption.
Is it possible to use non-secured boot code on C6748E secured device without encryption?
My customer is using C6748EZWTD4 now, but, due to delivery issue, it seems there is only C6748EZWD4E available in near time.
So, customer would like to check if their SW can be used on C6748EZWD4E secured device without any modification as they have no idea on security development kit(sec-devkit).
Thanks and Best Regards,
SI.
Hello SI
The development environment and boot flow is different for secure parts. We do not recommend that you use the "E" parts.
Please see Rahul's post to understand the complexities with using HS , if the intention was to develop with GP
