Does the Cortex-A72 core in DRA829 support HW throttling?

If not do we support SW throttling in Linux SDK and how?

We do have QOS knobs that can help steer interconnect and DDR bandwidth to one initiator vs another. Is this what you're looking for? Or, what do you mean by HW throttling?

sorry missed your response..

This is about the CPU core and managing power in case of high CPU utilization. Reducing core clock may be required to prevent overheating. But is there a HW mechanism inside the core (I don't think so).
