Hi team,

My customer has used OMAPL138EZWTA3 for a long time. But recently they found some devices are malfunctional after the reflow solder process. Customer's reflow curve is as below:

Can you help check if this reflow curve is OK for OMAPL138EZWTA3? And do you have a recommended reflow curve for OMAPL138EZWTA3? I didn't find it in our datasheet. Thanks.
