Linux kernel nand problem

Hello TI,

I'm trying to make my system works from NAND on DM8168EVM. I have two nand chips one is Micron 29F2G16ABAEA, the second one is Samsung K9F1G08U0D.

Both are accessable from u-boot and linux kernel can start from both chips. The kernel doesn't print information about NAND and doesn't make mtd partitions. I found old uImage for UD DVR which can find NAND.

Here are bootlogs:

 kernel_evm.txt

kernel_ud.txt

I also have Z3 module with Hynix nand onboard. The same kernel can find the nand when boots on Z3 module.

Bootlog:

kernel_z3.txt

The kernel is from DVR RDK 04_01 package and build with ti8168_evm_defconfig. The version is 2.6.37.

What could be the reason of this problem? Any help please?

Thanks
