Video Imaging Co-Processor Signal Processing Library for VICPHD

Where can I find Signal Processing Library for VICPHD. Looking for something equivalent  to the this URL http://www.ti.com/tool/sprc831 , but for VICPHD.Is there anything similar for VICPHD (targeting DM6467).

    The HDVICP in DM6467 is a different coprocessor than the VICP in DM64x device. It is a coprocessor targeted at video encode/decode and doesn't have the same degree of programmability as the VICP. Thus you cannot implement image processing type of functions on it. However if your goal is to implement blocks that are typically found in a video codec such as motion estimation, dct, idct, quantization, entropy coding,  you might be able to use the HDVICP for that. Please contact your local FAE for access to it.

    Thank you. A couple of follow up questions.

    1. Where can I get more information about HDVICP and what functions it can be used for. In this case we are trying to use it to off-load the main processor.

    2. Does HDVICP2 give back signal processing functions to user like dm6446 or dm647's VICP? Or does it continue the course of HDVICP where user is "discouraged" to program it?
