I am attempting to make a copy of the supplied SD card for TMDXIDK3359. Following the instructions from SYSBIOS Industrial SDK Getting Started Guide on Running Application from SD card.
Using HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool V2.2.3 (v2.0.6 unavailable) to format the card without complication.
Copied the "MLO" and "app" from the SD Card supplied with the IDK.
When I power on the IDK with the new SD Card, nothing appears on the serial terminal and there is not communication with the TwinCat software.
If I use the supplied SD Card, I get the following on the terminal (and the demo software behaves as expected):

Copying application image from MMCSD to RAM
Copying to RAM completed successfully
Image Copy Successful, Executing Application..
ECAT Limited Demo - 1.0.14
I have tried multiple SD cards: SanDisk SDHC Card 4GB Class 4 and Kingston SDC4/8GB)
Any advice would be appreciated.
