In following the EtherCat example for AM335x SYSBIOS User Guide on TMDXIDK3359, after successful build without errors (1 warning: variable loop was declared but never referenced), the ethercat_SD.bin successfully copies to RAM and executes per the serial terminal but the application does not set digital out LEDs 2,4,6 and 7. Communication with TwinCat does not appear to be working. The terminal does not output the line "ECAT Limited Demo - 1.0.14" as in the prebuilt binaries. Below is the full terminal output:

Please advise on debugging.
