Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS7316, THS7360
Dear Sir,
In my application, I need S-Video output from DM88. Because DM388 not support S-Video ouput, I use DM388's HDDAC channels to output RGB signal to AD723 (RGB to S-Video) for S-Video output.
In TI EVM and datasheet, it suggests that HDDAC should connect to video amplifier between DM388 and VGA connector output. So I think in my application the video amplifier should be needed. In datasheet and EVM, it use THS7360 to implement. But I want to use THS7316 to instead of THS7360.
Could THS7316 be use in my application, or VGA output application? In datasheet, 4.5V/V video amplifier is suggested. But THS7316 only has 6dB. Is it OK for my application?
