SM320C6678-HIREL: Mechanical Details

I am using SM320C6678-Hirel part in my design. While designing, I found two Datasheets in which all the details are same except mechanical details. Now I am so confused to chose the appropriate one. So please help me choosing the correct one. Please find the screen shots of two different mechanical data of same partnumber.

Figure 1 has a maximum height of 3.39 mm and Figure 2 has 2.79 mm. Please help me find the correct height and the other differences

Athuljith,
Can you point me to the datasheet with the second package outline that is not linked in the product folder for this device? Ie, the source for the outline labeled CYP0481A?

I have requested our packaging group to evaluate this discrepancy.

I would suspect that the current DS has the correct outline. I will have this confirmed and reply back.

I can confirm that the current datasheet contains the correct drawing. CYP (S-PBGA-N841) data 02/11
