Hi

Could you please tell me the latest revision number of TMDSSK3358 that has been released?

Our customer purchased TMDSSK3358 a month ago, and that revision number was 1.2d.

While, the schematic and BOM information which can be downloaded from web is the Rev1.3a with "Preliminary" on it.

I want to confirm the our TMDSSK3358 (Rev1.2d) is latest or not.

    Hi,
    Both revision 1.2d and 1.3a are valid and supported revisions of the TMDSSD3358. Some changes were made to the PCB and the BOM to support updates for the last build of the board but both versions are valid and fully tested with software releases.

    I understood both Rev1.2d and Rev1.3a are the latest evaluation environment in market now.
    Is my understanding correct? (Rev1.2d has no board errata, doesn't it?)

    Hi,

    That is correct. Although neither board has WLAN components installed, the design incorporates WLAN components. Revision 1.3a was updated with a footprint for a different WLAN component but, since WLAN is not installed, both version are functional with the latest software release.
