Hi,
I'm trying to write to the NAND flash in the OMAP-L138 Development Kit (LCDK), with the NANDWriter program that in OMAP-L138_FlashAndBootUtils_2_40, but I am getting the following errors:
"
Writing image data to block 0x1, page 0x0
Write failed. Marking block as bad...
Writing image data to block 0x2, page 0x0
Write failed. Marking block as bad...
"
This messages continue for all the others blocks.
Also when I'm trying to erase the NAND flash I'm getting similar error:
"
Bad block at block 0x0. Erasing is skipped
"
I'v defined the bus width to 16, and using the NANDWriter_ARM program.
Any suggestions to the problem will be great.
