In datasheet p.195, Vdelta MAX = 2V.

Please tell us the purpose of Figure 5-4. vddshv* Supplies Falling After vdds18v Supplies Delta.
Why do we have to set the Vdelta over 2V?
(Question 2)
We try to use TLVH431A to keep the voltage of Vdelta over 2.0V.
We have circuit diagram.
But we can't publish it.
Please check this circuit diagram by private e2e.
