Gaurav,

You seem to have incorrect setup of CCS and TI RTOS which is causing this issue. Are you creating the project from scratch or using a project provided by TI ?

For AM335x, you can refer to the CCS project that we have provided for AM335x pltform here to see how the project needs to be setup. Ensure that you have downloaded and setup the SDK as per the Getting started guide:

software-dl.ti.com/.../index_how_to_guides.html

The TI RTOS template app for you to use as starting point is located in demos folder and described here:
software-dl.ti.com/.../index_examples_demos.html
