Besides doc <spru655i Emulation and Trace Header TRM.pdf>, we still needs this link info to check.

It is strange, both I and my colleagues, customer can not access this link through IE, what browser are you using?

Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 64-bit. I am switching this over to the CCS team, they should be able to assist you better.
