TDA3MV: Question about TDA3 VIN MIPI function

Hi TI,

For the TDA3 VIN MIPI port, does it can separate the data per input port(each DS90UB936 RIN port connect different camera sensor) deserialized from DS90UB936?

Hi Jason,

I am sorry i could not get the question.

Once cameras are connected to Desrializer, Deserializer merges/multiplexes them and send them over a single CSI interface. They dont have to be connected to different CSI input ports..

Hi Jason,

Yes, it is possible from the capture point of view.

But there is only one display output for HD resolution, the other display output is TV output.

So either you could merge both the camera output into one and then display or display each camera input one by one.
