PRU-ICSS-INDUSTRIAL-SW: EtherCAT Slave demo

Are you using the pre-built image or the demo built by yourself?

Did you put the .xml file to EtherCAT master directory?

I used execution file which is built by myself. And also, I put "TiEtherCATLib.xml" to EtherCAT master directory(..\TwinCAT\3.1\Config\Io\EtherCAT folder).

I did not find pre-build file in my folder. Where can I get ?

And, as I posted on previous thread, I can see "EtherCAT Automation Protocol" at "Device1". According to user's guide, I think that "Device1" should be "EtherCAT".

How do you think about this difference ?

Hello Garrett-san,

I tried to use prebuild file.

However, I could not load "app" image to AMIC110 by using CCS.

Error Contents :

"CortxA8: GEL: Encountered a problem loading file: ~\pru_icss_ethercat_slave_prebuilt_01.00.07.02\applications\ethercat_slave_demo\AMIC11x\arm\AMIC11x_release\app Could not determine target type of file

("~" means my root folder. I would like to hide this path.)

Is this prebuild file not for CCS ?

I confirmed several items. Then, it seems that my issue is related to "out" file which is loaded AMIC110.

I will re-check build method, so I will close this thread.
