As snapshot, when configure as DDR3, export dtsi get error, but then configure as DDR4, no error:

Tony, ensure all of the timing parameters have been updated based on your DDR3L Also ensure the System Details for termination and output driver impedance follow the TI recommendations after changing the DDR memory type.
The output is probably not working because there are errors in some of the registers.
